CCAPA: What Should We Be Willing to Build?

What kind of housing diversity works best for different families and individuals? This workshop will consider options for housing, including housing options that are “outside the box.” Speakers in this workshop will address who profits or obtains value in the construction of new and diversified housing options and how housing stock can retain value over time. The workshop will also consider how access to jobs, transportation and opportunity play a critical part in the construction of new housing.
