CCAPA Housing Series: Taking Stock of Housing in Connecticut

Denise Savageau (CT Council on Soil and Water Conservation), Terri Clark (Connecticut Academy of Science and Engineering), Sean Ghio (Partnership for Strong Communities), Michelle Riordan-Nold (CT Data Collaborative), and Carlos Esguerra (CT DEEP) will provide a detailed look at the current state of Connecticut's housing stock and an overview of the challenges facing developers and communities related to locating affordable housing within the state, including how the natural landscape, the history of opportunity (or lack thereof), housing costs and supportive utilities & infrastructure have impacted the development of affordable housing in Connecticut.
