Join the Boston Foundation’s Boston Indicators and the Brookings Institution’s Metropolitan Policy Program for the virtual release of a new report proposing a statewide policy to legalize low- to mid-rise multifamily housing (e.g., townhomes and small apartment buildings) near transit. 

Hear from two of the paper’s co-authors, Luc Schuster, Director of Boston Indicators, and Jenny Schuetz, Fellow at the Brookings Metropolitan Policy Program. Following these presentations the program will include a panel discussion from people working to legalize multifamily housing in other parts of the United States.
